Our Values

YORLMC has created a set of values which define our core purpose - we are supportive, trustworthy and knowledgeable, equitable and inclusive - while seeking to lead and innovate. 

At the heart of its strategy are the values that define YORLMC and its on-going commitment to equality, diversity and equity of opportunity throughout YORLMC Ltd, its LMCs, LMC members and officers, Operations Team, GPs and practice teams.

We will achieve this by:

• Seeking feedback from our GPs and practice teams to inform our values focused development, continually horizon scanning to best represent and support our constituent practices
• Working collaboratively and constructively with our partners in care – to ensure our GPs and practice teams are represented and supported
• Promoting YORLMC values locally, regionally and nationally through our extensive network of relationships
• Ensuring equality and inclusivity at all levels of our organisation
