Due to the expansion of our group, we are now looking to develop and increase our existing Pharmacy team in order to support the provision of processing prescriptions further. You will be joining a diverse team of Pharmacists performing prescription and medication management across multiple GP practices within our group. There is no dispensing involved.

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (variations considered)
Main duties:
To manage and promote the repeat dispensing service within the group, increase safety mechanisms such as audit and PDSA cycles, implement drug withdrawals and alerts, reduce inappropriate poly-pharmacy and wasteful prescribing through clinical medical review, contribute to reductions in medicate related hospital admissions and readmissions by supporting patients to get the best outcome from their medicines and identifying and addressing medicine related issues and support the training and management of the Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians.
